DEFINITIONs:
1.  A method of assigning meaning and interdependent connections to the various aspects of the visible and invisible worlds wherein each color, sound, metal, plant, animal, organs of the human body, or anything in the material world, is said to have its origin in the invisible through specific energetic signatures. Astrology plays a significant role in assigning and deciding correspondences.

2.  The Kabbalah, using the symbolic system of the Tree of Life and numerological associations provided through the Hebrew language, Astrology, and Natural Science, identifies a wide range of correspondences between subjects, planets, herbs, plants, metals, crystals, colors, animals, angels, deities, etc. that allow substitutions of one thing for another, or that augment understanding about one thing by knowledge of another of corresponding value.
