Attracting Wellness Spell
Color of the day: White Incense of the day: Gardenia Incense of the day: Gardenia The energy of this spell is intended to give a boost to your health and to be a palliative in the face of the upcoming "flu months." Light a green candle. Place a glass of water between you and the green candle. State these words: "Spirit guides, healers, and angels allow me to act as a channel for your healing rays. Energy on." Visualize a ray of energy entering your crown. Allow this ray to stream through your body with each breath. Visualize healing and balance being restored to your body. Use your intuition to indicate when the energy has reached its fullness within you. At the point of fullness, hold your hands over the water and visualize the ray stretching from your hands into the water. This action allows you to ground the ray's energy into the water. As this grounding occurs, the water also become "activated" with the healing properties of the energy. Thank the spirit guides, healers, and angels for their energy and say: "Energy off." Unless a doctor recommends you do not, drink at least eight glasses of activated water daily. |
