The traditional color today is purple, and the elements are air and fire. So, wear purple, ring bells, light fires (both literal and figurative, as long as you are not harming anyone or anything), and do something jolly and completely out of the ordinary today. Find a recording of The Planets by Gustav Holst, and in particular listen to the "Jupiter" movement. The Moon is waning, so this is also a good time to refresh yourself and to rid your life of unwanted clutter and bad habits. That is, you should take the time to make room for success and good fortune. Begin by listing what you wish to be rid of. List things such as careless spending, harmful habits, ungrateful friends, or overwhelming debt. Purple has long been associated with royalty and magic, so use purple ink or purple paper in writing down your list. Cut each item into a strip. Burn each one in a safe container. |
