Stand before your household altar with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees relaxed, arms loose at your side. As you breathe in, raise your arms in front of you, keeping the rest of your body relaxed. See the air enter your body, moving your arms upward to the height of your shoulders. Simultaneously see a ball of protective light rise up from the ground, encircling you. Allow the energy to continue over your head and down your back. As you exhale, slowly lower your arms as you envision the energy circle complete itself and return to the earth. |
