Each night, as you brush your hair, focus on brushing out tension and brushing in radiance. The first few moments should be to relax and massage your scalp, and to detangle your hair. Visualize loosening the tension from the day as you do this and sliding it out of your body. Then, as you become more relaxed, see every stroke of the brush imparting a crackle, a radiance to your hair, making it shine and so making you shine. As you brush, softly repeat: "Hair that gleams in gentle streams, make of me a glowing dream. Hair that falls when sirens call, let my inner beauty beam.
