Place three candles in front of you-one each of red, black, and white. Put the black candle on the left. It represents any stress and tension you might be feeling. Place the white one on the right. This candle symbolizes tranquility and peace. The red one, which is placed in the center, symbolizes you, full of life. First, light the black one. As you light it say: "I remove all stress surrounding me." Light the white candle and say: "I affirm the peace inside me." Then, light the red center candle and say: "I am full of energy and vitality." When you are ready, extinguish the candles and say: "With harm to none, so mote it be!" |
