In the evening, draw a warm bath and add several drops of rosemary and lavender essential oils, or use dried herbs and wrap them in cheesecloth and toss the bag into the water. Burn frankincense and a green candle in the room. As you bathe, visualize the water cleansing away negative energy; feel it renewing your skin and your spirits. Feel your inner beauty being set free by the power of the water. Chant:

Water pure, cleanse
and renew,
Take the old away
with you.
Rinse me clean with beauty true,
Leave inner glow
shining through.

After bathing, apply tea-tree lotion to your skin and get a restful night's sleep.
