In the distance, you hear the howling of wolves. You hear a rustle in the leaves nearby and suddenly a lone wolf stands before you. Notice the color of its fur, its eyes, and the presence of any other beings. As you look at the wolf's eyes, it throws back its head and howls before looking back at you. Hear the others answer from a distance. Then ask your question or voice your concern. Be open to any messages, feelings, or symbols that you experience. When you feel you have received what you will in this session, thank the wolf for its guidance. Return through the woods and back to your physical body. |
