Today is Monday, and we are in a waning Moon. Mondays are associated with all lunar magic. This is an excellent time to banish any nightmares that may have been troubling you. Call on Selene, the Greek Goddess of the Moon. Selene is very fond of Witches and is well known for her practical magic. For this spell you will require a small moonstone. Hold the moonstone in your projective hand and repeat the charm three times:

By the silver light of Monday's waning Moon,
I now ask Selene, for a magical boon,
Ward off bad dreams, allow me to rest and sleep,
A token of your magic, with me I will keep.
By the magic of three times three,
As I will it, so must it be!

Now keep the stone with you-on your person during the day and near the bed at night while you sleep. Sweet dreams!
