Color of the day: Gold Incense of the day: Eucalyptus New Moons are a good time to start a new course of study, magical or otherwise. To invigorate your study, gather three yellow candles, three almonds for wisdom, a white cloth, a pen, and a new tablet or notebook. Spread out the white cloth and arrange the closed notebook and pen in front of you. Place the three almonds on top of the notebook. Arrange the three candles across from you. Light the left-most candle and call forth intellectual ability, light the second candle and call forth clarity, and light the third candle and call forth knowledge retention. Pick up the pen as if ready to write and open the notebook to the first page. Eat the almonds and envision the knowledge transforming into wisdom. Pick up the pen and write an invocation to the gods asking them to bless this notebook to your study and your wisdom.
