Incense of the day:  Narcissus
 
In a gold or yellow sachet combine the following:

Frankincense
Myrrh
Orange peel
Marigold
1 gold coin
6 drops of frankincense oil
1 drop sweet orange oil

Sit in the full sunlight at noon and allow the light to penetrate your entire being. Let the bag sit in front of you absorbing the energy of the Sun. Charge it with your own energy, absorbed from the Sun. Let light and warmth fill you and radiate entirely around the bag. Feel yourself ruled by this force of life and let it recharge the spark of life within your soul. Let this charm remind you of your eternal link with the Sun and use it as a tool to help you focus on your goals and aspirations.
