Meditate on your heart chakra. Associated with the color pink, it is the love center of our energy system. See the small tendrils of energy that stretch out from your heart, connected to the people, places, and things that you love. These are your heart strings. Examine these heart strings to see if any of them no longer serve you.
Have you been draining energy into dead-end relationships? Have you pined away for an unrequited love? Do you give your love too freely?
It's time to gather those heart strings. Envision yourself spooling them in, winding up the heart strings that drain your good energy.
Use your arms to scoop them in, and your hands to return them back to your heart area. Like a spider spooling in filaments of web, gather your heart strings in, restoring your heart-chakra energy. As you do this, see the color pink intensifying and growing stronger.
