Today make a plan to pause mindfully each time you eat or drink. Think about the food or drink you're about to enjoy, and offer a simple blessing: "I take this food with gratitude. May it nourish me. So shall it be!" Use this blessing throughout the day. Eat slowly, chew mindfully, and visualize the noursihment moving through you. Honor the gift. |
