Ten days into the lusty month of May, a new moon heralds the waxing of energies. This is also a Friday - the day of Venus, goddess of love and friendship. Call upon your dearest friends or special loved one and enjoy a May celebration. Feast on strawberries in May wine; fruit and cheese; fresh, crusty breads; chocolate. Light yellow and green candles for sun and earth, or pink and red for romance and power.
Ground and center, honor the elements and directions, and call upon Venus to bless the feast - enjoy!
Leave a portion of the feast outdoors for the goddess, and in the morning bury any remains.
