Melt Away Ill Health

Sometimes you want to give a little extra help to someone dear who's facing a difficult time with their health, be it cancer or some other chronic condition. It's natural to want to help the people we care about.
Remember to visualize the illness leaving the healing recipient's body, leaving it healthy and whole. In your mind's eye, see them standing there whole and strong. Write the name of the affliction on a snall slip of paper. On the other side, write the person's name. Fill a paper cup, or empty yogurt container, half full of water. Add the slip of paper to the cup and place in the refrigerator until frozen. The following afternoon, place the "diseased" ice cube somewhere outside where the melting water can run away. In your mind, visualize your loved one's illness melting away with it.
