Incense of the day:  Juniper
 
Buy some whole hazelnuts (filberts) and place them in a bowl or cauldron. Hold both hands over the bowl, will your energy to flow into the nuts, and bless them with the following chant:

"Ancient seed of wisdom and power,
I call on you to release your might.
Enliven my heart and mind each hour,
New understandings, wisdom take
flight!"

Eat a hazelnut when you are facing a problem or if you are studying and need a boost of brain power.
