Light of Liberty

Color of the day:  Yellow
Incense of the day:  Lavender

The Goddess of Liberty-whom some equate with the Statue of Liberty-holds a torch that lights the way and shines upon you even in your darkest hour. During this dark half of the year, the reminder of a goddess bearing a torch to light the way can be comforting.
The short winter days and long winter nights can be taxing on people. A guiding light, a beacon, can help us make it through those days. As this goddess lights our path forward, she also lights a path to liberty, to freedom. The path to freedom is different for each of us. For some, freedom may simply be the feel of a warm spring sun of their face. For others, freedom may be what they find after meditating on inner issues all winter long.
Use this dark half of the year to meditate with the Goddess of Liberty to see what freedom she has in store for you.
