A Gift for the Gnomes

I am a Witch who uses stones and crystals, but there are those who do not. In fact, some Witches feel so strongly about the mining methods used to gather stones that they'd prefer we all stop buying them (because of the damage to the earth). I feel that as long as I show proper respect, there is nothing wrong with using a limited number of crystals in my personal practice.
A good way to give something back is to charge a quartz crystal with healing energy and bury it in the ground as an offering to the earth, the gnomes, and all of the spirits of the land. You can also pour an offering of cream or milk onto the ground where you bury the crystal. If done with a pure heart, this will keep you on good terms with the earth faeries.
