Some of us are too "thoughty," and others are too "feelie." The ideal is to balance head and heart. We cannot truly thrive if we lack either intellect or emotions.
Online or in a book, find the symbols of the fourth (heart) and sixth (brow) chakras. As you study these two chakras and learn their meanings, find a way to create the symbols. Embroider them, fashion them with wire, or draw them. As you create these two symbols, feel the powers of the chakras flowing through your fingers, up your arms, and into your body. Let the energy of each symbol settle in its proper place in your body. Hold the two symbols you've sewn or forged or drawn in your open hands, side by side, and visualize the energies coming into balance inside you. As you go about your day, keep the symbols nearby and hold their balanced energies in your consciousness.
