Pigs are resourceful, intelligent, self-reliant, and fearless creatures. As a totem animal, they invoke wealth, prosperity, and luck. Take today-National Pig Day in the United States-to work some porcine magic.
Cut five 9-inch lengths of pink ribbon. One at a time, starting with your thumb and ending with your pinky finger, wrap a strand around each digit of one hand so that it resembles a pig's curly tail. As you wind, revise an old rhyme to invoke pig energy:

"This little pig is lucky,
This little pig is smart.
This little pig has all that he needs,
And this little pig has heart.
And this little pig imparts to me-
everything a pig should be!"

Unwind the ribbons from your fingers, then tie them together and carry them as a charm for luck and prosperity.
