Color of the day: Black Incense of the day: Ivy Gather some Epsom salt, sea salt, and a favorite essential oil-clary sage, lavender, or rose are recommended. Run a hot bath, pouring one cup each of Epsom and sea salts into the running water. Cool to the perfect temperature, add eight drops of essential oil, and slip in. Close your eyes, breathe evenly and deeply, and slip into a meditative state. Immersion in water helps to press your reset button; salts draw impurities from the body, energy field, and spirit; and essential oils anoint and restore healing, peace, and clarity. Breathe consciously, meditating: "I exhale toxins, inhaling health. I exhale anxiety, inhaling peace. I exhale confusion, inhaling clarity. With these, I reset and am ready." |
