There are times when we need to recharge our spiritual batteries. One way to do so is to greet the sun.
Wake up with the dawn. Find a room that will provide light from the sunrise, or, if you are able to, go outside. Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart. Hold out your arms with your palms up toward the sun. Raise your face to the sun and close your eyes. Feel the warmth of the sun on your face and hands. Let the energy from the sun flow into you through your palms. Feel the warmth spread throughout your body. Now you are ready to take on the day and any challenges that may come with it!
