Spell to Reap Your Inner Harvest

Color of the day:  White
Incense of the day:  Cedar

Today's moon is what I like to call a Crone's sickle-three days until she's new, the moon can be seen like a luminous scythe-for cutting old ties or culling a garden. At this time of year, we harvest many things, from balcony gardens to huge fields, from major life events to seemingly tiny changes that can have great effects later on.
What still needs harvesting in your inner landscape? What have you planted, nurtured, and worked so hard for, and are now anticipating with excitement or even frustration? Get those energies moving by placing a dish of soil on your altar and placing a red votive or tealight candle in the center of the soil. Say:

As the moon wanes, as the year wanes,
so let my efforts be reaped. As the
candle glows, as the sun god goes, let
the mother bring forth what I seek!

Repeat the chant nine times, ending with:

So mote it be!
