Love Your Garden Spell

Plants are our spiritual helpers, and like us, they have feelings. Whether your garden is an acre or consists of a few pots on a terrace, your plants will flourish if you show them that you love them.

Begin by gently weeding and hoeing around your plants; plants love having their roots massaged. As you hoe, talk to your plants. Tell them how beautiful they are. Create a loving atmosphere in your garden by sprinkling some rose water about, or add a bit of rose water to your watering can.

As a gesture of gratitude, plant one basil plant in your garden. Basil is an excellent healing and protective herb. It'll protect your garden from negativity. But don't cut any leaves from this basil or harvest it. Allow it to grow so it may protect your garden. Your garden will respond even if you just say thank you!
