High as the Sky Spell
| When you're feeling low, reach for the skies. To help make this happen, take a marker, a pair of scissors, and a helium balloon on a long ribbon. Carefully write your name on the balloon, then snip off the end of the ribbon and tie it around your wrist. Take the balloon outside, saying: "May my spirits rise with this balloon, and may my goals come into my reach." Release the balloon, and watch it carry your wishes to the sky. |
