Kitchen Witch's Protection Bottle

Here is an easy way to create some protection magic in your kitchen using only four ingredients:

1 cup unpopped popcorn
1 cup dried beans
1 cup dry rice
1 canning jar (quart size or larger)

Layer the popcorn, beans, and rice in the jar, then hold the container, enchanting it to become a powerful protective force. Focus on protective energy and say:

"Guarded this land shall ever be, gifts
from the earth; plants of strength and
vitality, protect this home and hearth."

Seal the jar tightly and place it in full view in your kitchen or over a fireplace mantel to serve as a protective amulet.
