Clear Dreams Spell

To make a Clear Dreaming Balm, place about 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, frankincense, and rose petals in a small slow cooker or glass double boiler, and add enough coconut oil (about 2 tablespoons) to cover the herbs when melted. Cook for 3 to 3 1/2 hours in the double boiler or 13 hours in the slow cooker to completely infuse the herbs into the coconut oil. Strain, reheat, and add a few shavings of beeswax, plus a few drops each of sandalwood and lavender oil. While making this balm, chant:

"May my dreams be clear,
May my dreams be strong.
Let clarity reign all the night long."

Place a small amount of balm over your third eye as you're getting into bed, while thinking hard about the question you're seeking an answer to. Repeat the chant until sleep comes. Blessed dreams!
