Making Friends with Mercury Retrograde

It also claims that even the best plans can easily go awry during this period and that communication and relationships will be especially challenging. Magic folks may find their spider senses all atingle during this time, feeling edgy and unsettled. How to stay calm during Mercury retrograde? Try this meditation. Picture yourself on a rollercoaster. Imagine it speeding along the track while you hold on tight. Feel the ups and downs, the twists and turns. Understand that even though the ride is bumpy, your grip is secure. You're safe. See yourself coming to a smooth, flat piece of track. The ride slows and evens out. The craziness stops, and you relax and enjoy the view. Realize that Mercury retrograde, too, will come to a smooth end. |
