Spell for Freedom

Use this spell to help break free from limitations and other things that bind you. Think about the things in your life that are negatively confining and restricting you from being your whole, best self. Tie a string around your ankle to represent each cage from which you wish to escape. Now take a pair of scissors and call into them all the courageous powers you can muster. If you work with any spirits or deities in your practice, you might consider asking these entities to enter the scissors to impart their strength and power to your spell. When you're ready, cut each string one by one, envisioning yourself free forever from that obstacle. When all the strings have been cut, burn them or cut them into the tiniest pieces possible to help break apart and transform these limitations.
