Color of the day:  Maroon
Incense of the day:  Basil

It’s autumn. Days are shortening. Nights are lengthening. The colors of fall are at their peak. As the wheel turns and the seasons wind down, take a moment to let go and enjoy the golden days of autumn.

Find a grassy spot where you can lie down. Resist the temptation to rest on a blanket. Simply plop yourself down on Mother Earth and look up at the sky. Feel the support she gives you. Run your fingers through the grass. Enjoy the sensation, for as sure as grass is green, we know winter will be here soon in climates where the seasons change. Our glittering green grass will be a nostalgic memory.

As you lie on your back, gaze at the sky. Look at the clouds and marvel at their wispy, willowy shapes. Enjoy this moment brought to you by the blue skies of autumn.
