Spring is near. Though frost is still in the ground in many places, March is a good time to renew your spirit. Use this spell to ready yourself for spring or to rise to meet any challenge. You’ll need a small dish of garden or potting soil, one green candle, and one light blue candle.

Place the dish of soil in the center of your altar. Set a candle in a holder on each side of the dish, but don’t light them yet. Sit before the altar and say:

In the zodiac, the fishes and
the ram rule Father Sky.
Beneath the earth, the
Goddess begins to stir.
Father Sky and Mother Earth,
renew my spirit, let it fly.

Now light the candles. Visualize your spirit soaring as you accomplish your goals. End by sprinkling the soil around a tree. Extinguish the candles and use them for other nature magic spells.
