Most of us need a little help with self-love now and again. This spell helps bring awareness to just how amazing we are so that we can love ourselves without reservation. You will need a pink or white candle in a candleholder, rose oil, a rose quartz, and a mirror.

Before the spell, cleanse yourself in whatever way works for you, then anoint yourself and the candle with rose oil. Light the candle and set it safely in front of your mirror. Turn off any lights in the room so you can only see yourself in the candlelight. Stand in front of the mirror and look yourself over from head to toe, placing the rose quartz on each body part as a blessing. Finish the spell by saying something you love or appreciate about your body while looking at yourself in the mirror. Extinguish your candle when finished.
