An Apple a Day

Color of the day:  Crimson
Incense of the day:  Nutmeg

It's harvest time, and what fruit is more magical than the beloved apple? Even the seeds are arranged in a pentagram when the apple is cut across its width—the apple itself knows it's magical! Apples are associated with many deities and are said to be the favored fruit of the deceased. This spell to promote good health deals with the living, though! Simply obtain an apple of your choice, cut it in half width-wise, and eat it! Between bites, recite these words:

The apple tastes sweet. I honor the deities who give me my health.

There's a reason the words are arranged like this, so please don't paraphrase. You want to maintain the pure intent of the spell. When you have eaten the apple, take the core outside and say:
The fruit is in me. I give to those around me. I share my being.

This spell can be done at any time, but it is best done on a Friday.
