Color of the day: Scarlet Incense of the day: Cinnamon If you've ever woken up in the middle of the night, jerking out of sleep worrying about something, you know how difficult it is to get back to sleep. Here's a spell so that you don't fret the night away. Sit up and look around. Breathe. Cast a circle of protection around your room, imagining the room enclosed in a sphere of white light. The sphere will keep out anything negative. Lie down again. Say to yourself: I am here now, safe. This is my reality. Keep repeating it until you feel calmer. Now say: I have these wonderful things in my life. Then list them. Let yourself feel calm and happy about them. Now say: I deserve health, happiness, and prosperity. Repeat this nine times. Let the protective circle melt back into the ground as you drift back to sleep. |
