POSTED UNDER Air, Equinox

So Long, September

Color of the day:  Red
Incense of the day:  Basil

For many of us, fall unofficially starts in August and makes itself officially known in September. In several parts of the Northern Hemisphere, we are delighted to see hues of amber, red, and orange as the scenery changes around us and the air starts to get just a bit crisper. September is such a wonderful month to relish in the delights of fall. It's when school starts again and we have the fall equinox, and it's a gentle reminder that we have one more month left of "Spooky Season." So today, let's celebrate and honor the joys of September while we still can.

All you need is your favorite fall beverage. Apple cider and hot chocolate are just a couple of examples. Sit in a quiet place (outside if you can) and take a deep breath and a nice sip of your beverage. Close your eyes and reel in the last moments of the month. Sit with gratitude for September as you make way for the rest of the coming months.
