Can I use my promotional coupon on any discounted items?
No. If the items are already listed at a sale price you can not use the promotional coupon.
How does my promotional coupon work?
When you place an order with us, on-line, phone or mail-in, present your WP code and you receive the discounted 10% off the non-sale items.
When I request a catalog, how long will it take to get to me?
Please allow anywhere from 2-8 weeks for delivery of our catalog.
Please note that this information applies to consumer orders only. Dealers and trade partners, please log in to your account and your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and discount tier.
Where is my order?
Your order could take up to 21 business days to get to you depending on where you live.
When I place an order, how long will it take to get to me?
Orders that are received are entered into our system right away. During periods
of normal demand these orders can be processed by our warehouse and shipped
out either the same day or the next following business day. However, during
periods of high demand, our warehouse can take up to 7 days to process the
orders that they receive.
When I place my order, can I ship it to someone else as a gift?
Yes. All you have to do is fill in the bill to address as yours and the ship to address is where you want it to be sent.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $35 that are shipping within the contiguous US.

What are the return policies?
All items/returns must be received by us within 30 days. They must be received in saleable condition
to receive full credit. Include your packing slip to expedite return. Credit is for product only.
Kits and decks (such as tarot or oracles), CDs, and DVDs (as well as books that include CD/DVD items)
can only be returned if unopened.
Do I pay for the shipping to return the product?
Yes, you do pay for freight to get the package back to us.
What kind of credit cards do you take?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
Do you accept checks or money orders?
We accept both checks and money orders for mail in orders only.
What happens to my money if I over-pay on my order?
We will automatically credit your account the amount that you have over paid and you can use that amount on your next purchase. We send out a letter to let you know that you have over paid.If I don't have an order form and I don't want to place it on-line, what are my options?
You may write down on a piece of paper the items you would like to get or print out your shopping cart and mail it in with your payment. Please make sure that your name, address and phone number are on the paper so we can get a hold of you if we need to.
Sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order during the checkout process as required by your state's laws.
For mail orders: To ensure that your mail-in order is processed, you must add sales tax for the address to which the order will be shipped. Please use this tax calculator to look-up the correct tax rate.
I don't remember my password, what do I do?
From the log in screen, you'll find a link to reset your password. Click the link and enter your
email address. Click the button and a temporary password will be sent to you via email.
