LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Spell: Fool’s Laughter

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Yellow
Incense of the day: Jasmine

Laughter is good for body, mind, and spirit, and April Fools' Day is all about having some good-natured fun while we remember to not take ourselves too seriously. Today, create the magic of joy as you fully experience the playfulness of this very silly holiday. Start first thing in the morning. Get up and go to the mirror. Smile on purpose until you really feel the silliness of what you are doing. Make faces at yourself in the mirror until you laugh. Then decide on something silly and fun to do today. Jump in mud puddles, have a pillow fight-whatever makes you smile. Throughout the day, tell silly jokes, poke a little fun at yourself, or play good-natured jokes and help those around you to laugh. And when you retire for the night, fill your mind with the fun and laughter of the day.
