Spell: Totem Animal Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Color of the day: Black
Incense of the day: Parsley

Now would be a good time to get in touch with your totem animals so that you will be able to see the world in a much larger perspective. Pay close attention and write in a notebook all the animals that you see during one week of midsummer. Contact with your totem animal can come in a variety of ways: through an article in a book, or a program on TV, or simply walking around in your own backyard. Once you have a list of these animals, do your homework. Research the animals' characteristics and habits. You will find that you will become aware of situations you need to know about through the intervention of your totem animal. Allow nature to help you understand your life.
