| While we take a moment to remember all the mothers in our lives today, why not take a few minutes to remember the Great Mother Goddess, Mother of All. Find a comfortable place to sit down, if the weather permits outside is best, but you can do this inside if need be; the energy will travel where it needs to. Feel roots growing down from the base of your spine into the Earth.
Allow the energy of Mother Earth to fill your roots. Now place your hands on the Earth and deliver your gift to Her, send Her love, and appreciation for all She does to sustain you. Send healing for all the harm that She's sustained. Fill your heart with joy, and send it to your Mother Earth and thank Her. Now, have a beautiful day and don't forget how blessed we all are to live upon the Earth. |
