Spell: Throw Conflicts to the Wind

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Conditions are perfect to release disputes, whether they're with ourselves, others, or life in general.
This includes discordant mental chatter, ongoing verbal conflicts, and any other challenges to harmony that involve thoughts and words. If a condition like this comes to mind, grab a notebook and pen. Write four pages without stopping, letting the words of the conflict spill out. If it's a conflict with yourself or the world, write down your inner monologue. If the conflict is with another person or group of people, write down the dialogue to the best of your ability. Then pull out the notebook pages that you wrote on, and safely burn them in a cauldron or pot. Light a cone of India Temple incense, and place the cone of the ashes. Once it has burned, mix the ashes together, then take them outside and throw them to the wind. If there's no wind, blow them away.
