To cast a spell for athlete's foot relief, add twenty drops of rosemary essential oil or one quart of rosemary tea to hot water in a dishpan. Light a red candle, and soak your feet in the hot rosemary water for ten minutes while imaging that, as the candle burns down, the fungus on your feet is going away. When finished, dry your feet. Pour the water down the drain. Then blow out the candle. Repeat twice a day for five days. |
