| If your bills have grown lately, or if you have a big balloon payment coming due, take a brown or black balloon. Hold it in your hand and contemplate your financial pressures. Inflate it, sending into it all of your anxiety over finances, saying: "I'm blowing away my money troubles today!" in between breaths. Then, tie it somewhere you can see it everyday. As the balloon deflates, your anxiety over finances will diminish through paid bills and unexpected extra money. And if your problems are too intense to wait for the balloon to deflate, fill the balloon, take it outside, then vigorously pop it with a pin. |
