Sometimes life gets out of whack. Everything you do seems to get messed up and you just feel off. Use this meditation to bring balance and grounded energy back into your life to straighten things out. If you can do this outside, great. Otherwise, you will need a bin of dirt, such as potting soil, if you need to do it indoors. If outside, find an area where you can dig up some dirt. Whether inside or out, add water to the dirt and make yourself a good mud. Stick your feet in it and work the mud with your toes. Imagine all the negative energy in your body being sucked out of you through the bottom of your feet and the tips of your toes. If you have some hematite, hold it in your hands. Imagine yourself being grounded and balanced with fresh, clean energy. |
