| With the physical year coming to an end, it's time to clear out the old and make way for the new. Sometimes we have to say goodbye to people no matter how much we may want to keep them in our lives. Perhaps they don't want to be in our lives, or their being there really isn't in our best interest. Saying goodbye to these people can be really difficult, and it might not be possible to actually tell someone goodbye because they don't want to hear it. Write a letter to the person to whom you need to say goodbye. Say whatever it is you need to in order to put this behind you. Write down exactly how you feel. When you are done, drip drops of sage oil onto the paper, and place it in a fireproof container. Light the paper on fire and let it burn, sending your goodbye out into the universe. |
