Sleep is so important to our everyday lives, but a lot of people don’t get enough of it. There are many reasons why this may be, and this spell works to solve them. With a pen and paper, write down any worries or regrets you may have. Bury the paper in the earth with the knowledge that you can’t change your regrets and worrying is a waste of energy. Next, write a list of everything you want to do. Put the paper on your fridge and draw a star on it. Lastly, combine one teaspoon of chamomile, lavender, and salt in a bowl with a piece of howlite or amethyst. Stir them together slowly and repeat this ten times: When it’s twilight, I will sleep, Sprinkle the mixture in the corners of your room and under your bed. Place the stone in a safe place. When it’s time for sleep, speak the spell again. Breathe deeply and let go. |
