Spell: Healing Hands

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

You don’t have to be a professional massage therapist or a Reiki Master to be able to use your hands for healing. There is a natural human instinct to place our hands on a place that hurts, whether it is on ourselves or others. We all have the innate ability to do basic energy work with a little practice, and sometimes a simple back rub or foot massage can both heal and soothe.

To do energy healing, try rubbing your hands together until you can feel them heat up a bit, then hold them about a foot apart, bringing them together slowly until you can feel a ball of energy forming between them. Then hold your hands above the place that needs healing and concentrate on sending that energy out. If you want, before doing any form of healing, you can say:

Goddess, guide my hands
so they might heal.
