Spell: Thirteen Bucks for Luck

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

In honor of the season of giving, this is a fun spell to perform that not only creates good luck for yourself but also blesses others with a small auspicious surprise.

Get thirteen dollar bills (or the smallest currency note in your country), and anoint each one with essential oil of patchouli or vetiver. Make sure they are nice and scented! Place these in an envelope on which you have drawn sacred symbols of abundance, luck, and joy.

Face the direction north while declaring:

Prosperous spirits of abundance, hear
my call! Bless these thirteen bucks with
infinite luck. As I will, so mote it be!

Walk around town and secretly place these bills where people will find them with a smile. If you have a bit of extra cash to spare, consider doing this with two-dollar bills or five-dollar bills, or a different monetary amount, depending on your country’s currency.
