Spell: Spell for the Absolute Truth

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Today the Sun, Mercury, and Mars are all in Libra, the sign of the scales of justice. This is an ideal time to see the somewhat harsh but important truths we may not want to look at when it comes to ourselves, other people, situations, or our lives. Put a small white candle, such as a chime candle or a tea light, on a plate. Under the plate place the Justice tarot card and the Ace of Swords. Light the candle, and as you do so, say:

By the powers of this candle,

Reveal truths that I can handle,

That I am able to discern clearly

The illusions I hold on to dearly.

Sit in meditative contemplation and be open to whatever guidance may be revealed during the meditation session. In the next few days, pay attention to your dreams and seemingly random thoughts, conversations, or synchronicities that occur, revealing the truth about yourself, others, or situations and the illusions you may be under regarding them.
