Spell: A Dervish Spell

Here is a spell you can use to break a bad habit. Dervish holy men of the
thirteenth century performed spells similar to this: During a waning Moon, write down the habit you wish to break on a piece of white paper using blue ink. Read it aloud to yourself, then crumple the paper in your hand and set it aside. In a bowl combine one cup water and one teaspoon sea salt. Take the salt water and paper outside to a secluded spot, perhaps a garden. Soak the paper in the water, then bury it and pour the water over it. Visualize your habit draining away, being cleansed by Mother Earth. Leave the paper undisturbed. Your habit will fade.
