Spell: Protection Blend for the Home

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Sometimes our homes can get energetically stale or we might feel like we need to power up our spiritual guard. This is when I like to call for more protection in the home. For this spell you will need:

  • An assortment of the following dried or powdered herbs: bay leaf, rosemary, lavender, peppermint, cinnamon, clove, chili pepper flakes, black pepper
  • A grinder (if herbs are not powdered)
  • Salt
  • A small- to medium-sized jar with a lid

If your herbs aren't powdered, you can chop them up with a spice grinder, a mortar and pestle, a rolling pin and ziplock bag, or your own preferred method. Once all the herbs are at around the same consistency, blend them with the salt and place in the jar.

Sprinkle small amounts of the mixture around your home in the corners of doorways, windows, and any area that feels mucky. Once you feel the energy is cleansed, vacuum up the herbs. Store the rest in a cool, dry place and bring out anytime you want to protect and cleanse your home.
